..see a program which allowed "clipping"

..see a program which allowed "clipping" of unwanted picture elements that have intruded into the picture..... I have to use a truly ancient ~1998 program called "Prestopm" which came with my first A4 flap-plate scanner if I have intrusive bits into the composition.

I have to continue to use that program as I have never found a simple - or even - any program to "slice & dice" my pix.
