..see a program which allowed "clipping"

..see a program which allowed "clipping" of unwanted picture elements that have intruded into the picture..... I have to use a truly ancient ~1998 program called "Prestopm" which came with my first A4 flap-plate scanner if I have intrusive bits...

Layer Support

While this is an excellent Photo Editing program. It would be nice to have Layer support for Photoshop type editing. It already has the feather and hue color features, so with layers you could crop someones face and do a face swap on pictures and...

Make it SIMPLE - Make it Drag

There are already a bazillion image editing programs ... most of them have really big learning curves. What there isn't any of now is a simple, INTUITIVE - drag and drop type editor... no adding of layers. Just clipping and stacking...
